We want you to feel fabulous in your NFD pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return carrier and generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a paperless drop-off.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original NFD packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
